Service Description

Women Coming together in a safe trauma-sensitive space to come together to reconnect with their bodies and heal with community. Total Cost for the entire 8 Week Cohort is $400 USD paid in full. Start Date: TBD *If you have a preference for days and times for the weekly Coaching Call and are interested in Group Coaching for the spring, summer, or fall sessions, please reach out! *Please contact me if you have interest or ideas for creating a custom group.
