Through online 1-on-1 coaching sessions, you will learn to better understand your nervous system and reconnect to your body, as you begin your journey of healing using mindfulness and trauma-informed techniques to help build a full and rewarding life after trauma.

For many survivors, trauma and the impact to the body becomes so normal that the idea of healing is outside of the survivor's comfort zone. It is okay to be scared. It is okay to be uncertain.
