Hello! I'm Alexis Albro (she/her).

I'm a professionally certified Trauma-Informed Coach and consultant on Trauma-Informed Care offering training and consultation to leaders and companies who want sustainable spaces that resist retraumatization and cultivate high-trust connections. 

I'm an advocate for mental health, survivors of trauma, survivors of sexual assault, sexual violence, gun violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking. 

A big part of my own journey has been understanding that I make sense, that YOU (yes, you reading this) make sense. My healing dramatically improved when I came to that understanding and I want more people to feel that joy. I'm also still learning everyday but I figured I'd share my learnings through my blog so you can learn and heal alongside me.

Hurt people hurt people and healed people heal people. Now what if we created a world where there were more healed people? What if we helped the hurt people heal before they had the opportunity to hurt someone else? What if a kinder, more healed world could be created by small bits of education, resources, and support?

I want to create a space where you don't have to hide your actions because you are ashamed and where you can feel welcome and be in a safe space to explore yourself. Some of my most healing moments have been over a glass of wine, at a coffee shop or with some herbal tea. I want to bring that same feel to this space. This is a safe place (not a doctor's office) where you can explore your healing without judgement. I'm so happy you are here and I'd love for you to say hi!
